The Wilderness Therapy Symposium provides a number of opportunities to share information about your program, business, or organization.

Networking Reception: From 4 to 6pm on Friday afternoon, before the keynote, there is an informal reception where participants gather to share information and network with each other. Organizations are invited to display materials and share information about their programs, trainings, and job opportunities. The cost for a table at this event is $20.

Display Table: There are a limited number of tables available for small tabletop displays and promotional materials throughout the conference. These tables are set up in the main hallway where participants travel between workshops. A full 8-foot table costs $750 and a half table costs $500. Electrical outlets are available on request.

Meal and Reception Sponsorship: Meals at the Symposium are sponsored by organizations. This sponsorship is critical to our event and allows us to feed participants at the reception on Friday, lunch and dinner on Saturday, a reception on Saturday, and a box lunch on Sunday. The cost of this sponsorship is arranged per meal.

Full Sponsor: We allow one or two organizations to sponsor the entire event. Ways that our sponsors are “noticed” at the event include: name on promotional materials and announcements, name on the conference program, mention at keynote events, signage and presence onsite, etc. Full conference sponsorship is arranged on a case-by-case basis.

Advertising in Conference Program: There are three categories of advertising available. These ads will appear in the conference program and will help us produce a quality, four color piece created by a graphic designer. Costs for program advertising are as follows: Quarter page ad - $125. Half-page ad - $250 Full page ad - $500
